The operations for manufacturing these diverse casting
applications can be as simple as Cast and Trim,
or they can include CNC Machining, Surface
Finishing, Heat Treating and Pressure Testing. All
machines are monitored via Real Time Production Monitoring
Systems. All Die Cast Cells are operated with
Advanced Vacuum Technology. The Computer Aided
Systems use ProEngineer, UniGraphics, AutoCad
and Anvil 1000 MagMasoft for flow and
thermal analysis.
